  • Visiting Scholars Program

Description

The ULS Visiting Scholars Program allows for the short-term appointment of scholars in any discipline to:

  • enrich our program with targeted course offerings
  • meet curricular objectives not covered by current staffulty, or
  • curate an academic environment specific to the needs of current students.

The Scholars Program is an opportunity for recent college graduates of talent and promise to experience the life and work of a great independent school.

The Scholar is typically responsible for specific coursework and is also encouraged to discover ways of engaging the community of learners - with hands, heart, and mind - that contribute most to the life of the School and their own experience in it. This might include mentoring, college prep, athletics, clubs, campus outdoor initiatives, or other extracurriculars.
